Who we are
Reverie CPD is run by [legal name], [address]. We are responsible for your personal data. If you have any questions, email us at [contact email].
What we collect
- Your name, email address and password, or your Google sign-in if you choose it
- What you buy and when. Stripe takes your card details, and we never see or store your full card number
- Which episodes you watch and the certificates we issue to you
- Whether you open or click our emails
- How you use the website, through cookies, but only if you agree to them
Why we use it
- To run your account and give you access to your episodes, because we need to in order to provide what you bought
- To take payment and keep tax records, because the law requires it
- To send you emails about your purchases and certificates
- To send news about new episodes, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time
- To measure our adverts, only if you accept marketing cookies
Who we share it with
We only share your data with the services that help us run Reverie:
- Webflow, which hosts the website
- Memberstack, which runs accounts, logins and team licences
- Stripe, which takes payments
- Mailchimp, which sends our emails
- Vimeo, which streams the episodes
- Meta, which measures our adverts if you accept marketing cookies
- Google, if you choose to sign in with Google
Some of these companies are based in the US. Where your data leaves the UK, it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires. We never sell your data.
Team licences
If your organisation gives you access to Reverie, your organisation's admin can see your name, your email address and which episodes you have completed.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and certificates while your account is open, and for [number] years after it closes so you can get old certificates back. We keep purchase records for 6 years for tax purposes.
Cookies
We use cookies that keep you signed in, keep payments secure and play the episodes. These are needed for the site to work. We only use advertising cookies, such as the Meta Pixel, if you agree to them. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or send you a copy. You can also object to how we use it. Email [contact email] and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
